AXIS Business Advisory Services, LLC ("AXIS") is proud to welcome and announce the addition of Robert Dedon as the Managing Director of the Seattle, Washington office.

For more than 30 years Mr. Dedon has advised and implemented recommendations on a multitude of real estate-related matters, including single-family, multi-family, land development, office, industrial park, and self-storage projects. He has extensive experience in managing the planning and permitting process , financing (equity and debt), construction management, and sales/rent-up management.

Mr. Dedon's previous experience includes condominium workout, self-storage project turnarounds, industrial park re-positioning, lender loan recommendations.

He was Acquisitions Manager for Shurgard Storage of Seattle where he was responsible for the purchase of over $50 million of self-storage projects, project dispositions, and the expansion plan to add another city to Shurgard's chain.

Mr. Dedon is a licensed real estate broker in Washington and was formerly both a licensed broker and building contractor in California and Louisiana. He has an MBA in Marketing and a BS in Real Estate from the Department of Finance from the University of Southern California.
